Delivery Policy

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Special or customized orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and same-day delivery options, depending on your location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and the destination. These will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over Rs.1000 .

3. Delivery Areas

4. Estimated Delivery Times

5. Packaging

  • All chocolates are carefully packaged to ensure they remain fresh and intact during delivery.
  • We use insulated packaging during warmer months to protect the chocolates from heat.
  • Gift boxes or custom packaging are available upon request.

6. Delivery Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking link.

7. Signature on Delivery

  • For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially for high-value or bulk orders.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, a re-delivery attempt may be scheduled or you may need to pick up the package from your local courier facility.

8. Delays and Issues

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.
  • If there are any issues with your delivery (damaged products, wrong order, missing items), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve it promptly.
